The Truvox Multiwash Rotary Floor Cleaning Machine

This machine has been around for years and there are many imitations of this design too. The Truvox multiwash is the only machine of this type that always impresses me hence our willingness to elaborate on it's features and benefits.

How does it work?

Most cleaning machines are rotary buffers or scrubbers and need a floor pad or brush attachment. These can only get so deep into floors due to the nature of the flat pad.

This machine is a cylindrical system whereby two contra-rotating brush cylinders efficiently pick up dirt from the most stubborn of floors and collect the excess water/chemical solution at the same time. This process prevents the agitated dirt that has been suspended by the machine from seeping back into the pores of a non-slip floor or back into grout between floor tiles.

Day & Night

One of our lovely customers from a school in Surrey described the difference as 'Day & Night'. Below is an example of about 2 minutes cleaning with the multiwash using just water!

What floors?

It really comes into it's own on those bobbled tiles in changing rooms and on poolside. It is also superb on non-slip 'Altro' type floors. However, the machine will be effective on all hard floors depending on which type of brush you use.

Upkeep and Maintenance

The main ongoing cost would be new bushes which are about £100 each. It's hard to say how frequently they need to be changed as it depends entirely on how often the machine is used.

It has very few mechanical parts so really doesn't need major servicing very often at all, providing it's cleaned well after use.
