Source team to expand

A couple of times over the past few weeks Dave and I have realised that it's probably time to recruit our next employee. With our steady, consistent growth from month to month it's easy for the work load to gradually increase without really noticing and for demands placed on our time from elsewhere in the business.

In order for us to maintain the reactive, friendly and reliable service, we need to free up Dave from some of the administrative tasks and allow him to manage the day to day operations that makes Source Supplies tick so fluently (well, most of the time!). We take our recruitment really seriously as not only do we want a good culture fit, we are aware of how frequently all our employees are representing the business when dealing with customers and suppliers.
