Source Hygiene are recruiting for a Service Operative to work across the South East, starting ASAP.

The Company

The ethos of Source Hygiene centres around delivering a consistently impressive level of customer service. A relatively new division of Source Supplies, Source Hygiene Services will be expanding steadily in the coming months and years.

The Person

Representing both Source Hygiene and our client base, our Service Operative will be presentable and professional with experience in customer facing roles and must enjoy building rapport with customers.

We require our Service Operative to believe in the Source ethos and represent our values in the work that they carry out.

Customers will rely on your competence to navigate around sites and you will be entrusted with access to sensitive areas throughout a campus or office. Reporting job sheets via paperwork and handheld software will be form part of every customer visit. Therefore, being comfortable with basic technology and the ability to maintain accurate administration is a primary requirement.

A reliable and trustworthy person will enable us to offer a genuinely premium customer experience.

The Role

Core responsibilities will be travelling to customer sites in a tracked company van (Ford Connect), servicing our portfolio of hygiene equipment that includes; air fresheners, sanitary bins, nappy bins and vending machines. Efficiency and discretion will be required at all times and you must be comfortable working alone for much of the day.

Travelling long distances and in dense traffic will be part and parcel of this role, with the company hub located at J4 of the M3 in Camberley. Some sites require servicing at unsocial hours (usually early morning).

We can guarantee 20 hours per week in this role but it is likely to increase quickly into a full time role. In the interim, we can offer warehousing role and driving for Source Supplies role to boost the hours up to form a 40 hour week.
