Office Administrator
As a consistently growing business, the administration and support that props up both existing and new business sales has to be extremely reliable. As a result of this there is a need for some extra support.
We are is looking for administration and sales support to help manage the ever increasing workload.
Based from the company’s office in Watchmoor Park, Camberley, the full-time 9-5 role would suit someone who is looking to develop their inherent organisational skills and also inject some creativity into sales campaigns and initiatives.
Day to day duties will include; taking orders from customers via phone, email or face-to-face drop ins, inputting and processing orders on Sage Accounts software (training will be provided), answering and dealing with customer queries, building customer rapport, ensuring all paperwork is filed correctly and kept on top of, and other office duties.
In order to be successful, the new team member will embrace the products and will be willing to learn about what we sell and what our customers need. Our product range of cleaning and hygiene supplies isn’t the most tantalising of products so applicants need to ask themselves if they’re happy selling toilet roll for a living before getting in touch.
On the flip side, we’re a business that has a fresh attitude in our industry and have won several awards in recent years and therefore expect an award-winning standard from all our team.
A good fit in our friendly and dynamic team is essential. Equally, we’re looking for someone who is extremely personable who will quickly build a rapport with our customers. Communication is one of our strengths as a business so all members of the team have to have a very helpful attitude.
