Mike wins the search for our Apprentice

After wading through CVs and meeting several candidates, we found our apprentice!

We're delighted to welcome Mike Davies into the Source fold and help him learn about how a small business works and more specifically, how to generate new business and keep customers.

Mike will be contributing to all areas of the business and will have a very involved role that will give him a variety of experience. He's already come up with some cracking marketing ideas and sound great when talking to prospects on the phone.

Alongside his work at Source, he'll gain an NVQ from Farnborough 6th Form in 12 months time. All the best, Mike!
