For best results Old gum will contain a top layer of dirt, dust and grime. Break this layer by scratching the surface with a coin or similar object. Apply the Chewing Gum Remover onto the gum and allow to soak for up to 15 minutes before scouring or removing with a scraper. Rinse with soapy water.
