The biocide in this product (Benzalkonium Chloride) has an MRL of 0.1ppm. and therefore food preparation surfaces must be rinsed thoroughly with clean water after disinfection.
This product has passed the European Suspension Test BSEN1276 / European Standard EN 13697 and is effective against pseudomonas aeruginosa, escherichia coli, staphylcoccus aureus and enterococcus hirae after a contact time of 5 minutes.
